How to stop or how can I stop snoring nose in home?

To stop or get rid of snoring, first you have to identify how and why you are snoring. To find the right solution of snoring, it is necessary to identify the cause of snoring.

  • Lose weight. If you drop even a few pounds, it can reduce fatty tissues in the back of the throat results decrease or stop snoring.
  • Quit smoking. Smoking can irritate the membranes in the nose and throat which block the airways and cause snoring. You can reduce snoring by quitting smoking.
  • It is also helpful to stop snoring. Exercising of arms, legs and abs and toning the muscles of throat can help to stop snoring.
  • Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills, and sedatives. They relax the muscles in the throat and interfere with breathing.
  • Develop regular sleep patterns. To create a healthy and regular bedtime can helpful to minimize snoring.
  • Sleep on side instead of back. You have to make a habit of side sleeping it can also reduce the snoring.
